    PlaySprouts was born in 2024, right here in Northern Ireland, out of the everyday chaos and joy of raising my two boys. As a mechanical and manufacturing engineer who spent years designing medical devices, from autoinjectors to breathing circuits, I’ve always focused on one thing: identifying real user needs and creating solutions that truly work.

    Parenthood quickly showed me that toddlers have a knack for finding the flaws in every product… and so the idea for PlaySprouts and our first creation, the Quenchy Cup, was born.

We ordered 2 for our grandchildren, aged 3 and 1. We are very pleased with them after using them for a few months now. In particulal, the integrated straw is a great idea and they still look like new after many cycles in the dishwasher. The children love the penguin design and they are easy for them to grasp and drink out of. An excellent product.

Impossible to pry from the tiny hands of my 7mth old niece!

Great bit of kit, soft silicone so she can monch-monch with her new teeth and sturdy enough to be yeeted from a highchair on to tiled floors.

Inventor is a gent too, I live close by and he hand-delivered it - that's a man prepared to stand by his product!
